Budget Friendly Weekend ADVENTURE

We’re trading stress for swims and deadlines for dops — this weekend we’re off to camp by the Berg River from Saturday to Monday! Just the two of us, a tent, and a killer view… all on a budget of R1 000 each (but plot twist: we only spent R800 total 😎).

So this is what we are expecting…

To be honest… we’ve been looking for camping options the ENTIRE week as it’s a long holiday coming up, and we found NOTHING!!!

Finally Darren built up the courage to ask his parents about spots they know about, and they mentioned Berg River, so we emailed… didn’t go too well…

They didn’t answer very nicely, and he got a bit upset.

BUT all’s good now. They had space, and we BOOKED, BABY!

This is what they offer along with the campsite:
